Staci Rose Designs:: Featured Etsy Shop of the Day by CryZtalvisions

Beth Alexander, fellow Etsy artist and author of Magic Stones Blog created a fabulous feature about my Etsy shop and art!

CryZtalvisions - Unique handcrafted creations
Oh and what's with the "Z" in Cryztalvisions? It's an homage to one of my wonderful teachers who pronounced crystals: "creezzztals".

My Niece Rocks

A few months ago, my niece went to her first high school Home Coming Dance. While several boys did ask her to go as their date, she decided to go with her girlfriends instead. (A smart move - not that I'm overprotective, but she would just have a better time!) And, she had a fabulous time!

My sister called after the girls had gussied up and gone to the dance. We both were amazed at how my niece, born 3 months early at 1lb. 7oz. had turned into this bright, beautiful young lady. AND! She wore a pair of earrings I created - I was so proud, so ecstatic!

I made sure to send her an embarrassing, gushing email later telling her how proud I am of her. She didn't respond to that one...I told you she was smart!

Staci Rose Designs & an Adventure in Color

Jodi Hughes, proprietor of Alaskan Hot Doggies, is a life-long Alaskan who loves to marble anything she can get her hands on. I was able to procure one of her fabulous creations for a friend and cancer patient - Jodi was a doll and her work is beautiful.

I just received this excellent message in my inbox:

"Hey there! I'm featuring u in my blog.
When u get a chance, cruise by to check it out and sign the guest book.
BTW - I love ur polymer clay pendants! Very colorful!
-jodi"

The Alaska Hot Doggies boutique focuses on hand marbled items, including both textiles and paper. I also occasionally dabble in jewelry. The shared motivation for all pieces is color. Depending on the time of year, the material may change but the focus will always be the same.... COLOR! COLOR!! COLOR!! Click on her banner to visit her Etsy shop!

Unique Jewelry and Gifts from Staci Rose Designs

A BIG thank you to Alilsumptinsumptin - original + unique bling and the wonderful post she created on her blog!

At Alilsumptinsumptin, whimsy brings me great joy and touches that little girl within her. Most of her creations reflect this aesthetic and frequently incorporate two things she loves and enjoys: flower gardens & dogs. All her pieces are one-of-a-kind, oftentimes containing handcrafted Artisan Lampwork glass beads - wonderful little works of Art in themselves. Click on the banner below to visit her Etsy shop!

Adorn Your Ears!

That's right. Every year, I see people decorating their homes their families and themselves within an inch of their lives. Some I find a bit scary (er...giant snowglobes for your lawn?!!!) and some I LOVE to create! Like earrings...!

Blues are icy and warm, friendly and fierce! And, I was missing them - I'd been focusing on fall flavors I completely neglected them!

Feel free to contact me if something catches your eye or check out my Ebay and Etsy shops for excellent earrings at reasonable prices. I'm even happy creating those special earrings to match that wonderful new outfit. And, please remember to search for Mother Earrings in my Etsy shop - they make a very thoughtful and special gift!
